Feedback is integral to our performance. Driven by a deeply rooted, insatiable need to constantly improve ourselves, we channel our efforts daily to fulfill our mission to champion human potential—in our candidates, our clients, and each other.
As part of our efforts for continuous growth, we’ve always measured the experience of both our clients and candidates as a barometer of our success. Towards this, we use a third-party tool, Great Recruiters, to understand our candidates’ experience and gather feedback. On the client side, we survey regularly and use an NPS rating to gauge our service delivery. The feedback received from both tools provides insight into our solutions and helps Brightwing better champion your potential.
