I view the world holistically. As such, I am much more considerate of complete systems rather than the analysis of individual parts. As it relates to recruiting, I believe that we must look at the system as a whole: Vision, Mission, Core Values, Technical Skills, and Cultural Preferences of clients and candidates when considering perfect matches.
In an egg-and-bacon breakfast, the chicken is involved because it simply lays an egg, while the hog is committed because it gives its life to be the bacon. I am involved in the business of staffing and recruiting, but committed to the growth, evolution, and actualization of my colleagues.
