I have been in the Human Resources field for 20+ years. I started my HR career in healthcare and after 11 years moved into public accounting. For nearly nine years as the HR Director for a midsize CPA firm, I developed and managed the HR department and provided HR consulting to small and midsize privately held companies. I’ve spent my entire career in Human Resources, and I’m passionate about its function. I respect talent professionals and believe in the purpose Human Resources has within an organization. I’ve found that incredible things can happen when committed people get behind company values, which happens every day at Brightwing.
As the HR Director at Brightwing, my goal is to act as a catalyst that enables all Brightwingers to be the best employees they can be, contribute to the company’s success, and live out our core values every day. I’m responsible for providing employees with policies and programs that support their employment, recognizing and rewarding them for a job well done and guiding employees’ growth to achieve their professional goals and greatest potential. Brightwing has an incredible “let’s do it” mentality. It’s so refreshing to work around individuals who are constantly improving and challenging one another to be their best.
