Everyone should come prepared to share for at least a minute or two about something cool, interesting, or challenging that they’ve seen recently in the AR world.

 

An informal gathering of people from multiple industries interested in the emerging field of augmented reality. We are a local chapter affiliated with AugmentedReality.Org, a global nonprofit with a mission to advance AR technology.

We will have two to four presenters showing off newer technologies in short presentations.

 

A chance to explore the WHAT iF! of newer technologies, apps and businesses for those intrigued by what is coming next. This group will hear presentations by local entrepreneurs and inventors deploying newer technologies. Presenters will share business technologies, tools and models which will change the landscape. The Innovate Farmington meet up is open to everyone interested in the technology and business space (e.g. entrepreneurs, technologists, investors, marketers, students etc.).

Now for only $199, you can get one for your smartphone from Seek Thermal. In this session, see what you can do this camera. Using C#, you will be shown how to ‘Hack’ the camera so you can get the images on your PC, and perform your own image filters.

 

We are a local user group that meets the first Wednesday of every month at Atomic Object in downtown Ann Arbor for presentations and discussions covering a wide range of technology-related topics.
