Brightwing supports employees who wish to continue their education in order to secure increased responsibility and growth within their professional careers. In keeping with this philosophy, the company has established a reimbursement program for expenses incurred through approved institutions of learning. If you are a full-time regular employee and have completed one year of employment with the company, you are eligible for participation in this program. Courses must be directly related to your core responsibilities (i.e. IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, etc) in order to be approved. The company will reimburse a maximum of $250 per quarter incurred by an employee for continuing education.
Whiz Kids Bonus Bucks
The Whiz Kids Bonus Bucks is a program established by Brightwing to reward the children of our employees with a $50 cash bonus if they receive an all “A” report card. To be eligible, the child must be a full- time student. Report cards can be submitted once during the fall term and once during the winter/spring term for a bonus award.
