Thanksgiving  ecardsFor our Thanksgiving blog, we could have written an extensive history of the turkey and the growth that the industry has seen over the years, complete with recipes and photos, but we decided to go in another direction. We asked our Brightwing staff what they were thankful for, and they were more than willing to speak up!
